Cosmedicine is one of those brands that I tend to overlook but, every time I use their products I'm reminded by how much I like Cosmedicine. One of the products that I REALLY love is the Medimorphisis Self-Adjusting Face Scrub. It's gentle enough to use on a daily basis but, I tend to use it in extreme emergencies (peeling skin, acne treatment, etc.) as it works miracles! Gilt Goes Natural

Gilt has some great jewelry on sale today. They're offering natural drusy and agate stone jewelry for killer prices. Agate is beautiful with its marble tones but, it's not really my preference. It's a little too bohemian for my particular style. Drusy, however, is a different story. Drusy is pretty inexpensive and its super sparkly so I really think you get a lot of look for your buck in a drusy stone. Plus, its super on trend right now. Panty Sale at Victoria's Secret

Starting tomorrow all of the PINK panties will be on sale both in-store and online. Instead of 5 panties for $26 you'll get 7. Take this opportunity to stock. I personally like the cotton hipsters. They're true to size, breathable, and don't bunch up or leave a panty line. I will be heading over to my nearest Vicky's first thing tomorrow!

How to Put on Fake Eyelashes

OK, so one of my favorite sites is Joyus.com. I don't go there very often but I do subscribe to their mailing list because they send out pretty informative newsletters. Their site is cool because they have a lot of how-to information, mixed with shopping and trend alerts. Today they have a great new video about the art of putting on fake eyelashes that's pretty good. While the video is simplistic the tricks they give you work pretty well. What they don't show you is when to put on your eye makeup. I put mine on first (eyeshadow, liner & mascara) before adding in fake eyelashes.

The only disagreement I have with them is what type of lashes to use. I personally prefer Urban Decay because they're super full and sturdy for the money. I can usually get 4 wears out of a pair of these lashes. I also like the Sephora brand, especially the value packs because again, they're pretty sturdy and they're not as over the top as Urban Decay so they're more suited to everyday wear.

Whatever you choose though, make sure you get the glue on right. That's the whole trick to putting on eyelashes. Good luck!

Express is offering an additional 20% of their already low clearance items. There's no coupon coded needed. Now, if you think there's only few icky pieces available, you're wrong. They have tons of really great stuff in a large range of sizes. However, at these prices it won't last long!

So, The Hunger Games is the new Twilight right? The movie hasn't even come out yet and already the merchandising spree has begun. China Glaze has jumped on the teeny-bopper band wagon and created a whole new nail color collection around the cinematic juggernaut. As much as I hate to admit it, the colors are pretty awesome. And I might secretly have to buy one or two of them. But I refuse to refer to them as The Hunger Games colors! So there!
